Krio is the name of the ROCK Worship Band. Krio is a Greek word that means, “Anointed by God.” Under the direction and leadership of Miles Smith, Krio has written and produced a number of original songs and cds. Not only do they lead students into the very presence of God through their musical gifts and talents every week at The ROCK, but Krio can also be seen at secular venues such as Hogue Barmichaels and The House of Blues.

As a worship team, Krio believes God has called them to teach individuals the true meaning of worship. They believe worship is more than just music. As a ministry, Krio strives to help students learn to take their everyday, ordinary lives and place them before God as an offering. Their desire is to help students embrace what God has done for them, and to live lives of gratitude.
